ARE ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL AND PAYPAL IN CAHOOTS?

Anyone who has reported a problem/ fraudulent practice when dealing with ORDERPLUS would you comment below? I have been trying to get my money back for three months, and after doing a little research have noticed that hundreds and hundreds of people have said that they have been scammed by ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL and yet PayPal still provide them with their service. After a certain number of disputes with a specific company, I would expect Paypal to investigate, block the company or remove the pay with PayPal option from the checkout. ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL via the COTOSEN website sold my details and clearly broke several policies and copyright laws. It seems very likely that the working conditions of those making these cheap fake items are breaking a few human rights laws too. I would never have purchased something from a site if I didn't think I was safe by using PayPal. These scams and unethical companies benefit from being able to gain credibility by using PayPal's services.  I find it very suspicious that so many people over a number of years have raised issues with this company and yet PayPal still does business with them? and do not automatically take the customer's concerns for granted and issue them with refunds/buyer protection. I am now having to go through my bank because PayPal closed my dispute (apparently I missed a deadline?) I have had offers of a partial refund from the seller and not received anything, I wasted time following the PayPal process and have only just made it within the timeline needed to open a dispute via my bank.  If you have been tricked by ORDERPLUS, I would recommend speaking with your bank as well (or instead) of PayPal. You have 120 days after purchase to open a dispute with a bank/visa (I don't know if that's different for different banks or card types)   Report the issue to PayPal via the policy discrepancies- if enough people flag the issue they will hopefully be forced to be accountable for dealing with this company for years knowing that they are breaking laws.    Again, please comment if you have reported issues to Paypal in regards to ORDERPLUS international so we can see, just how many times Paypal has heard about this company and done nothing... is PayPal making money from continuing to support and operate with companies of this nature? ... literally 400+  people have said that this company is a scam and yet PayPal still provides their payment service to them? I have been going on with this for 3 months now, I had clear evidence that they were selling counterfeit goods, selling information/personal details and false advertising. It is highly likely the fake cheap item I received was made in unethical conditions too. Yet Paypal still closed my dispute because I missed some deadline I didn't even know was there. I haven't received any refund because of that. I am now going through my bank, but you only have 120 days from purchase to open a dispute with Visa (if you used a visa) and since I was expecting Paypal to resolve the issue I am only just within the time limit. I realized the website I used was dodgy soon after I ordered, and tried to cancel but that didn't work. I suspected the website as they were selling such an expensive item for cheap, but seeing you could pay with Paypal I figured I was protected. PayPal knows that this company is a scam, because so many people have reported issues with them, and yet PayPal still operates with them? I wouldn't have used a site I didn't know unless I say PayPal's name. I think they have something to answer with this. If these companies can make money from their scams, they will continue to do it and labours (sometimes children) will continue to be exploited. I am really really annoyed at the faff and losing my money, but I am really angry that there's clear fraudulent, exploitive practice happening and PayPal isn't dealing with it when they know it's a problem. Again, those companies are actually benefitting from using the Paypal name, because without it people are much less likely to use a site that doesn't offer some kind of buyer protection.    ...
