@sharpiemarker Thanks! There isn't a "Service or virtual product" option, but I updated the purchase status to completed, and now it says "You have successfully updated order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification." I don't know if this was the right thing to do. But I did it. And I have to do this after every selling? I'm surprised that it needs these shipping stuff for digital products. Last year I've got the payments after a few minutes without doing anything. And now it's so hard to get it 😄 ... View more

Bey everyone! Why the received payment from a digital product sold which doesn't need shipping, is in hold? I'm selling a tutorial video on Payhip with Paypal connected, and after I sold one and recevied the payment, is in hold and needs tracking information. What should I do? Thanks! ... View more
