Just got an email from <removed> claims that a customer sent me a certain amount of money for an item and added the shipping fee so I pay the delivery company. The problem is that there is not any pending transaction in my account. The customer claims that once I pay the delivery company fees it will appear in my account. I feel like this is a fraud, so is the email provided above actually belong to you, and is this normal when using PayPal??
