Anyway, for anybody having this problem, it is just a scam. Just follow the advice provided by Paypal support team (Read here ) Mine started with "Hello <email>" while a genuine Paypal email should mention the first and last name or just the business name. @Jvg2021 Hope this help! Kind Regards
