Hello, I have tried to contact PayPal on message but I don't get any answer only automatic message and they told me if this is not what I want I should reply to the message in the message center but when I reply no one fix my problem. I want to add my credit card to withdraw my money from Paypal(180 days passed and I get a message that I can withdraw my money now), but I get a message told that I need to contact support. please if anyone here can help? Hello, I can't know why I get a yellow mark said that I can't send money I should contact support first, I try but no one works today, my website server down I try to pay the developer to fix the problem but I can't send my own money on PayPal, I have run ads for a high cost then I try to pay a developer to fix the server problem, am losing customer right now, am so angry right now, can anyone help me and show me how I can send payment without getting the yellow mark.
