First time posting, really need everyone's help. So here is what happened: The e-mail I use for this PayPal account was getting e-mail bombed. I was getting few hundreds of spams within minutes. I noticed something went wrong, so I check every e-mail and among all the spams, I got one PayPal e-mail telling me I just sent $845 to a stranger. I immediately called PayPal(was redirected to chat assistance) to file a dispute or unauthorized access. Within just 5 hours I was told by PayPal that they won't be refund me the money. I tried escalate the dispute to a claim in the resolution center but there is no such a button or option to do so! I am so frustrated right now and have no idea what else I can do to get those money back. not really an evident but it's all I have: <removed>
