@kernowlass    Thank you for your reply. Okey, I got this, but still I can't witdraw any money. I tried manually 5000€, 500€, 100€ but without luck.  Just getting fail messages and "Your transfer could not be completed". I linked a VALID visa card of my company. I told you already that there are no limitations and no notifications on account. We opened paypal in 9th month. We didn't make and withdrawal and clients could pay without problems.  But after 1.11. they can't pay anymore (they got risky message).    They can't pay, we cant withdraw and we got none limitations or notifications from PayPal. Clients getting message about risky payment on web...

Hi,  My clients are reporting that they are getting message about risky payments on web-shop. They cannot pay. There are no limitations on account, no messages or mails from paypal about any restrictions. Why is that happening?  Thanks in advance!   Edit: Just giving you more information. I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina.  I found this on community:  https://www.paypal.com/al/webapps/mpp/ua/recpymt-full?locale.x=en_AL So, it says there:  "You may use your credit card to send payments. You may not use your PayPal balance or US bank account to send payments. All amounts in your available PayPal balance must be withdrawn from your PayPal account through automatic and/or manual transfer." Last payment was 1.11., after that nobody could pay. For 2 months now, I did not withdraw any money from paypal to my card.  Also found this: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Payments-Archives/People-can-t-send-payments-to-me-because-it-s-risky/m-p/2069348 Where it says:  "If you have not linked and confirmed a Visa credit card or a US bank account to accept the required monthly automatic transfer of your PayPal balance, you won't be able to receive payment due to regulations/risk error message to your customers/buyers/senders."   So I have to withdraw money to my card to get payments from clients?     ...
