@kernowlass Thank you for your reply. Okey, I got this, but still I can't witdraw any money. I tried manually 5000€, 500€, 100€ but without luck. Just getting fail messages and "Your transfer could not be completed". I linked a VALID visa card of my company. I told you already that there are no limitations and no notifications on account. We opened paypal in 9th month. We didn't make and withdrawal and clients could pay without problems. But after 1.11. they can't pay anymore (they got risky message). They can't pay, we cant withdraw and we got none limitations or notifications from PayPal. Great...
