Can I do anything about this or am I out $500 and stuck with a returned dead graphics card? What an absolutely TERRIBLE policy. I sent Paypal proof of purchase, proof the card worked (from the buyer), proof the card was sealed in box. Unless they somehow fix this I will NEVER be selling another item on their platform and I would advise others to do the same.
