Hi @Noorsaad12  Please be aware that PayPal is just a payment gateway, once a transaction has been completed from your PayPal account, PayPal will not be able to cancel it or make any changes due to account security. In this case, I recommend contacting the recipient to request a refund. If there is no response from them, then not to worry. You can file a dispute. Hi @Marie-Celeste  To remove your Go to security in your account. Select update for 2-stage verification. A 'Manage 2 factor authentication' page comes up. Remove any device that says two stage security is   not   being used. You now will have to get verification for any payment/log in from   any device.
