HI all, I bought a laptop online in what appears to be a bogus scam site. I never got any email confirmation for the order and when I asked for a tracking number, I never got any. I then raised a case in Paypal. They immediately contacted the seller, and lo and behold, the seller immediately gave them a tracking number. The only problem is that the tracking number was not for my item and it showed a delivery date in the past. So, without doing any more checks, Paypal conveniently closed the case. When I called to have it reopened, I was told to contact USPS to provide an INTERNET FORM. USPS refused to provide me with that. So now what can I do? Paypal won't refund my money until I get this form and USPS won't give me one. Please help.
