Please help papal have taken TWO payments out my bank account one yesterday one today for the same item?? I cancelled one payment to seller as she had problems with her paypal, I paid two days later successfully my paypal balance is NIL so where is the other money going?? Will it appear in my palpal account or go back to my bank account.. Please advise             ... View more

Long story short.. Paid for item 15th May money showed UNCLAIMED I cancelled payment contacted seller and on the 17th paid again successfully, (On both occasions paypal balance NIL) so today a payment has gone out bank account, not showing in paypal balance, so My question  The 1st payment has a temporary hold placed on it does this mean that paypal will take the money TWICE from my bank 1 to pay seller and one that will leave me with a credit balance in paypal account????
