If you are still unable to login, please contact our support team.  You will find our contact details by clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. You can also reach us on Facebook www.Facebook.com/PayPal or on Twitter @AskPayPal.   If you are facing issues logging in via PayPal App, please check your internet connection, try closing the backgrounds Apps, and enable the location in your device. If you are still facing the same issues, please uninstall and re-install the PayPal App. Meanwhile, you can also try logging in through the PayPal website.   I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues withdrawing funds to your bank account. I would suggest you try withdrawing from a different device, preferably a laptop or desktop, and switch browsers. If it still doesn't work, check if you have any limitations on your account. I recommend you to file a dispute, you can open a dispute within 180 days of the payment date. Here’s how: Go to your Resolution Center and click Report a Problem. Select the payment and click Continue.   Select the reason for your dispute, such as: I didn’t receive the item I purchased The product or service is not as described I have a billing issue Please be inform the Resolution Center is only accessible on a web browser, not on the PayPal app. You can’t open a dispute for payments sent as “Family and Friends.” You can send a personal payment to reimburse a friend for dinner or to collect money for a gift etc. The Purchase Protection program doesn’t apply to personal payments. regards,  Dileepan. ...
