Hello, I recently decided to start streaming, and before publishing my donation link I decided to test it with a friend. He tried donating $1 and the payment goes to pending for a while, after which he gets and email saying: "From time to time, PayPal must review a payment more closely to ensure it complies with the established User Agreement and our global regulatory obligations. We identified a risk that prevents us from completing this payment. We apologize for the inconvenience." At first I thought it might be because my account was set to business, so I tried to undo that but accidentally ended up deleting my account entirely, which wasn't an issue at all, I made a new one, added my card, all was good, and when I tried to test it again with a new account, the same thing happened and he received the exact same email. I even asked another friend from a different country to do the same, and he got the same email as well. I tried donating to him and it works without any issues, he receives the money immediately.
