After I made a purchase through a website I thought was legitimate I saw the money went to a hotmail account that was not the company I purchased goods from. I immediately filed a dispute on the Paypal Resolution Center. I guess I picked the wrong type "Unauthorized Transaction" instead of fraud. Now I'm unable to report as fraud since I have an Closed resolution on the transaction. How do I fix this? Must I go through my Credit Card provider to withdraw payment from PayPal since I cannot use their system for Fraud?
