Dear All i want to buy a battery from a E-Bayer, he wants me to send payment to his PP account,directly but not through E-Bay.iam just conserned that once ive sent the payment and theres something wrong with the battery or god forbid i dont recieve anything,can i ask PP to clame back the payment. Its just that if i send cash to an other PP account without a invoice,will PP not be able to get back my payment. Thanks Doug
