so as u can see I opened a case for refund and it got closed for some reason but the seller already refunded me the money and I called paypal and they're saying there is no refund even though u can see in this picture he did refund it? where did my money go?

I don't have f&f option since I'm from israel I just sent him money normally, I did create and closed a ticket by accidentally not knowing I can't refund it later on but the seller still had an option to refund and he refunded it to me but I don't see the money and on paypal (called them) it says he didn't refund so where did the 150$ go to?

I recently bought something digital and it says money sent but for the seller it says that the money is pending, it's been like day for a day now so I asked for a refund so I could pay him by paypal.me so it would be faster and he says he refuned it but it still says "money sent" on my paypal page is there any special reason for that? does it take time to update? or is there a chance I got scammed
