My friend sent me money through PayPal and now they are on hold. How can I get access? I didn’t buy or sell anything. System asking for shipment tracking numbers but I don’t have any as I’m not selling anything. He just transferred me money through PayPal, as it was easier option. Been charged almost 4% commission and now I cant have an access. Please advise what to do
