I sold something to someone in Russia. He sent me videos of his computer screen showing me that he sent the money. I got an email from PayPal saying that this is a risky transaction so the money is being held. The email said up to 21-28 days if I don’t provide tracking info. The buyer uploaded the tracking number to the page. The item has now been delivered to him and I still don’t see the money in my account
