Sending limit

Hi I’m kind of new to PayPal and have come across a small inconvenience that has been bugging me the entire day. Recently I got an email two days ago stating that my account had almost reached a sending limit and to get rid of it I need to verify my debit card. Today I managed to acquire a mini statement from my bank’s money machine and put the code in. At first it wasn’t valid and then I tried it again and it was saying that it was waiting for something. Next thing you know my card’s been verified! I know this because there’s no more pop ups when I check my debit card implying that it is indeed verified. However upon making a purchase using PayPal I got the same email stating that I’m close to my limit and must verify my account either by adding and confirming a bank or confirming a card. I’ve tried searching for ways to get rid of this and a majority of these solutions are only for pcs and not for phones like the iPhone I’m using to type this now. Is there a way to lift this limit on my phone? My account is verified and the only thing I have that can help me is that stupid robot assistance in the messages.
