Hi everyone, I've currently got someone messaging me on Instagram who's saying she has a pending transaction on PayPal of £5000, it is apparently waiting on the transaction fee to be paid as she's sending from a "Merchant Account" and it requires £150 to be sent from my end for the payment to be processed. Since I don't have a Merchant Account I thought I'd best off asking here. Thanks!
