Hi, I am in contact with people who ask me to buy a present and sent it over. Money has been trasferred and confirmed through an e-mail saying the money will be released to my account, only after a verification that goods has been bought by me (not shipped). I have suspicion of fraud? Is this a legitimate PayPal account? Thanks
