I bought a pair of "Birkenstock " from a Chinese company called Shixi network technologies. This company sends customers fake cheap and nasty replica sandals barely worth £3, they even charge over £5 postage! PayPal has refused to help with this issue being clearly on the side of the scam company not the customer. Despicable! Avoid Chinese sellers. I think I have been scammed by the company that calls itself Shixi. They come under various names. This company fails to respond to messages. I believe I have been charged for an item I still have not received, and if I do receive it, it will be a poor inferior item, not the one they advertise. I hope PayPal will resolve this issue, and I will pursue them till I am happy with outcome.
