Yes I have confirmed the new email. And just now I realize that it only happen on 1 site, hatclub.com. It is a legitimate site that I use to buy hats all the time. Yesterday when I decided to buy some, that error message pop up. So i decided to try it on other website, and Paypal works fine! But when I went back to hatclub, the same error message pop up again. Is there any way to work around this? Any help would be deeply appreciated.
