So I'm Canadian and I have my bank account attached. Everything was fine until 2 months ago where I found select sites couldn't receive payments from me. I do have money in my bank account and I've not hit any type of payment limit. The two sites this month I tried to pay are Steam and Patreon. The things I was trying to buy was $7 and $10 on their respective sites. I had the idea to re add my bank account as I heard from my friends that doing so usually fixes these issues. I removed it fine but when I tried to re add my bank account, PayPal said there was a issue while trying to connect it. I've tried contacting PayPal's support but they were no help.
