Purchased a brand new video card from Newegg, found it to be defective. Worked with the seller for two months doing all the required testing, videos, reinstalling w10/w11. Even moved the card to another pc and tested. Provided all the documentation to the seller that was requested. Then they stopped responding. I opened a case to try and get the seller to provide a replacement. Paypal closed the case within a day "The case was closed in the seller’s favor as the item was altered or repaired while in your possesion." Thought this had to be a mistake since you cannot modified a video card, nor did paypal have any direct evidence for this. Secondly the seller never once in the provided documentation state this had occurred during two months of working with them. Spent 1:56 minutes mostly on hold to get the case opened again, it was closed out in maybe a hour with the same statement. Truly unbelievable that paypal can arrive at such a nonsensical response.
