Help - I went for a PW reset and the message returned was something akin to try later, something wrong at our end. Next I tried creating a new account and linking it to my existing account, and it then stated it had ran into a problem, a similar message 'something went wrong'. I'm beginning to get really concerned because there is literally no option to contact customer service unless you log in. Which I cannot do. I'm fairly sure I have money in my account and don't understand why there is no option for me to: a) reset pw or; b) create new account, link to old account or; c) contact suport to help me
