Hi Community... I received a payment from a client I rendered graphics design service but my funds is being held, and after contacting and providing PayPal with all necessary information about the service I rendered and date of completion, PayPal still didn't release my funds. I messaged the PayPal assistant and I was sent a message that the same message will be sent to my client to confirm if my claim is true, that when she receives and clicks on the confirm receipt button my funds will be released immediately, I messaged the client and she checked and confirmed the message but she said she didn't see any confirm receipt button in the transaction. The client had to contact PayPal customer service and sent me screenshots of her conversation with the PayPal assistant, where she was told the money has been sent and the transaction is okay, but on my side the money is still on hold. But after I provided the transaction details to PayPal as evidence for goods and services, it was showing that my funds will be available within 7 days. And when I try to contact the resolution centre on for the transaction it's saying I can't contact the resolution centre because the case transaction is already closed. The payment was made on the 3rd of June, 2021 till now I haven't been able to access my money. But I am in need of the funds, as I need it to procure some medical tools for my Kid who isn't feeling too well. Please, I'd appreciate a very fast solution.
