I have used PayPal checkout in one of my e-commerce purchases. I know initially PayPal authorize the payment to check the required fund availability, and only after the seller ships the payment, the amount will be debited from my account to the seller through PayPal. But in my case amount has been debited at the time of authorization also, once the seller shipped the product, again the amount has been debited. That is my account is charged double times. I can't even call the Paypal customer service, the call is to keep on rejecting after some time. Please support us, the order value is very huge.
