I got an Email from Paypal stating that i didn’t provide the service i have been paid for. The email says that the transaction took place on 9th February 2021 and and i got the email yesterday 25th May 2021. But in my activity there is no such transaction on the 9th February. In Resolution center there is no option to report the case as a mistake. I am a private user and i have very limited transactions. What should i do when i Don't see the claimed transaction in my activity? Thank you.
