My customer has both the address they provided on their order and their confirmed PayPal address with a post code and suburb combination that does not match (when entered into Australia Post) I have been caught by this before when I have confirmed the correct postcode with a customer but they still had their confirmed PayPal address as the wrong postcode. They then did a charge back to me, saying they never received the item and PayPal went in their favor because I posted it to a different postcode then what was confirmed on their account. Even after providing them with the confirmation email from my customer for the correct postcode. Just wondering what is the best way to handle this situation that will ensure I have seller protection? Thanks!
