BUER FILES A CLAIM WITH EBAY & PAYPAL. I REACH OUT TO EBAY & PAYPAL. EBAY AGREES TO HOLD CASE OPEN UNTIL 5/29. PAYPAL SAYS WILL SETTLE DISPUTE ON 5/24. TODAY IS 5/20. YESTERDAY EMAIL FROM PAYPAL THAT REFUND ISSUED TO BUYER, IAM BEING CHARGED $15 B/C OF THIS IN ADDITION TO THE REFUND. BUYER WILL EVENTUALLY GET THE DESK & PROBABLY ALL HER MONEY BACK.
