Case ID is PP-D-108993828. I am a store owner selling beauty products used on the skin, one customer placed an order and want to return it, but she would not be able to send a picture with an unopened original box. I consider it has been used so I refused the return request unless she can send me the unopened condition picture. But when she requires a drawback from Paypal, I explain the situation to Paypal and provide the evidence to prove myself, with email history with the customer. PayPal still decided the customer can return the package and get a full refund! Even I agreed the return with an unopened condition product, in my store policy, I clearly stated that shipping fee is not refundable. how comes PayPal can make this decision? Is there any more explanation? BYW, anyone has the recommendation of the alternative for PayPal?
