@TCMSolutions In the event of an item received but not as described dispute, it is one persons word against anothers as paypal never sees the item in question. So they tend to favour the buyer BUT the buyer has to return the item back to your first at their own expense before you have to issue a full refund (including their initial shipping costs). Sadly your store policy is trumped by paypals seller protection policy which you agreed to when you started using paypal on your site. Try google for Paypal alternatives.
