I have a refund pending in Paypal for more than 1 week. I've already contacted the merchant who refunded me. They said Paypay should have refunded me long time ago, and suggested me to contact Paypal. I called and messaged Paypal Help Centre, but found Paypal's help was rather useless. I actually received two refunds from the merchant. One had been received, but the other one is still pending. It usually doesn't take this much time to process a refund. Can anyone suggest me how to get my refund back from Paypal asap? I have little confidence in them now.
