A client recently paid me a large sum (above 1000 usd) for a virtual product which has already been delivered. However paypal put it on hold. I set it as virtual product and the client was supposed to get a notification but she did not. It says transfer will be done within 7 days after confirmation. The client has a Paypal business account and has no confirm button on the transaction. How can i get the transaction confirmed if the client cannot confirm it? I really appreciate the help since the transaction needs to be confirmed fast for accountability purposes. Thanks in advance
