Hello, On 1 April 2021 I made an online transaction using PayPal. However due to some (still unknown) issues with my card the transaction did not go through and the amount was put on hold. I retried the transaction but with a different card and it all went well. My question - what can I do to unlock the amount from the initial card? Is this something that can be resolved via PayPal, the merchant, or the bank? Thanks!
