Hi Community, Today I have made a purchase on <removed>. I made a payment on paypal through the connected visa card. It has had a problem with the transaction. The money in the account has been charged, but the purchase status is not completed. I tried contacting Themeforest but they said no unsuccessful transaction and directed me over here. I want to report a transaction problem but I can't find any recent transaction history. Please guide me on how to refund. Thanks!
