Good day.  I am just using google chrome to access the website "www.paypal.com" but when I do I get an error that says error 403. I tried different browsers and even the paypal mobile app to get in but it all failed. I tried asking people I know who uses paypal and no problems on their end. When I tried using a VPN I am able to connect with no problems. Is this a problem on my end? I dont want to use VPN's frequently just to do my online transactions. Is there any way to fix this? ... Good day. Asking here if how can I provide a proof of address. I live with my parents and older brother, I do not have any bills with my name on it, nor a bank account, and we use prepaid mobile here so I got nothing. How will I verify this? Can I show our electric bill statement with my dads name together with both our ID's? will that do? Any help with this? ... View more
