Good day.
I am just using google chrome to access the website "www.paypal.com" but when I do I get an error that says error 403. I tried different browsers and even the paypal mobile app to get in but it all failed. I tried asking people I know who uses paypal and no problems on their end.
When I tried using a VPN I am able to connect with no problems.
Is this a problem on my end? I dont want to use VPN's frequently just to do my online transactions. Is there any way to fix this?
