I’m so upset. I sold/shipped many things over the years without any problems and have my first one. A buyer says a NWT item that I carefully inspected is stained and wants a refund. Somehow I feel stuck. I know for a fact there wasn’t a stain. She paid $40 shipped and I offered a $15 refund. Can PayPal protect the seller? I feel like she’s trying to pull a fast one on me.
