I was going through the registration process of something where I chose PayPal as the Payment option. The amount to be paid was in USD. When I chose PayPal, it asked me to enter credentials, then 2fa OTP sent to my registered mobile number. After I entered these details money automatically got deducted from my visa card. Shouldn't it have asked me to enter visa CVV and then OTP sent from bank to my registered bank mobile number? Why did the money automatically got deducted?
