I am sorry to hear you're not receiving payments. Usually, this is because your email address is not confirmed. Please see the following link for instructions on how to confirm your email address How do I confirm my email address? (paypal.com).
If you are still encountering an issue, go to the Resolution Centre in your PayPal account and see if there are any temporary limitations on your account that need to be resolved before you can receive money. Please go to the Resolution Centre to view your cases and see if there are any actions required of you.
