Hi! I had to return a videogame in April (Game arrived in Japanese while was state to be in english), i opened a paypal case for a return/refund and seller accepted the request Day 3 of May 2021 i posted the game back with tracking, uploaded the tracking, screenshot of the tracking, website where tot rack and photo of the package on the case. Item arrived back to the seller the day 29 of May, seller also contacted paypal that he got it. Today, i got an email that my refund has been denied because i did not provide the tracking when requested? wtf? tracking was added as soon as i posted the item back, and the seller even confirmed that he got it back what should i do? I contacted Paypal on twitter but they wont reply and/or help me!
