I have sold an ingame item to the buyer. The buyer and I have traded, and the buyer received the item. Later in the day, the buyer issued an unauthorised transaction in our deals which put my money on hold. The buyer's excuse was that he was scammed by another seller; thus, he has filed a refund in their deal which has affected our deal. I am not sure if the buyer is telling the truth. TLDR; I have sold an ingame item for paypal; however, the buyer has issued an unauthorised transaction. How should i handle this case to avoid fraudulent dispute by the buyer?
