Hello All.
I bought a Brand new TV from a website and paid with paypal in normal way.
I got a tracking number sent to me but i did not get any sales invoice to my email.
I messaged the seller but no reply.
I tracked the item but it says it was delivered to some where in Northern Ireland.
I live in South Yorkshire.
I have raised a case through paypal but where do i stand with the tracking saying item delivered.
I phoned Royal mail they asked for the tracking number and my name and address.
They then said that the name and address did not match mine.
I asked them if they could supply some sort of information to say it was delivered to Northern Ireland instead of my paypal address but they would not.
Where do i stand with my claim because all the seller has to tell paypal is the item was delivered.
Even though the tracking shows delivered to Northern Ireland and my stored paypal address is in South Yorkshire?
