I transferred money to a Vendor and it went through correctly. But then PayPal charged my PayPal Credit for the same amount ! That's FRAUD ! How can I get this fixed when there are NO avenues for customer service for this problem..?

I transferred money from my bank account to a vendor without any problems, then saw that I had a charge on my PayPal Credit for the same amount as a cash advance. Now they're trying to double charge me and I can't get it resolved with their resolution/customer service on the app or site. I saw a couple of you have had some luck with this. Any ideas for me ???
