Using an online marketplace, I tried to buy a product from an online seller. We both agreed to use paypal, and after doing a buyer seller method, there was a misunderstanding where I thought he might have scammed me. So, I opened up a case and a while after, he responded back, as he said he went to try to mail the package, but couldn't since it was closed. Anyways, he is willing to refund me the money and close this entire mess, but he is unable to do it. Any ideas how he can refund me my money. This all happenned today.
