Hi Paypal people, My account has been restricted it says go resolution click resolve , but I don't have the resolve button , I have emailed payapl both a clear picture of drivers licence and clear image of my passport , as I have been told its because I didn't provide clear image in first place ,the online help is not helpful, it feels like your talking with a computer ,and when you think your talking with someone ,it says no assistant available, this is frustrating as I have £400 waiting to collect, then they are saying we are holding your money for £180 days before we release , and to add more misery ,another person wanted to pay for item today they have also restricted me getting payments , any one offer advice on this ?
