I have about over ~10,000 paypal balance and I withdrew them to my bank account on March 2nd. On March 4th, I received the money in my bank account. However, on March 5th, this amount of money was reversed by Paypal but my paypal balance is still 0 and does not show this amount of money. On March 5th, my paypal account was also limited due to some transactions between my account and my husband's account. Not sure if this reversed transaction is because of the account limitation. now the account limitation has been resolved. On March 8th, I called the bank, the bank said the money is with Paypal because it shows paypal reversed the money from my bank account. I contacted paypal, paypal said any reverse transaction should appear in my paypal balance immediately, and this transaction has been completed on March 4th based on Paypal's record, so the money is with my bank. Where is the money then? It's neither shown in paypal balance, nor shown in bank account. My bank balance went to even negative values on March 5th due to this unidentified reverse transaction. In paypal page, there is no record for this reverse transaction.
